Privacy notice
This notice explains how Promptence by Margaryan Labs handles information submitted through public checks and service workflows.
Information we handle
Company, domain, market, category, contact and engagement details you submit; free-check inputs and observed API results; salted request hashes for abuse prevention; and operational logs needed to secure and troubleshoot the service.
Why we use it
To provide requested evidence, qualify and deliver engagements, maintain security and rate limits, communicate about requests, and meet legitimate operational or legal obligations.
Service providers
Configured infrastructure, AI, email, booking, database, and payment providers may process only the data needed for their role. Configuration does not imply every provider is active.
Retention and choices
Records are retained only as long as needed for the request, engagement, security, accounting, or applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to lawful retention requirements.
No sale of personal data
Promptence does not sell submitted personal data and does not treat a public free check as permission for uncontrolled automated outreach.
ChatGPT App access
If you connect Promptence to ChatGPT, authorization uses OAuth with explicit user approval. Private tools can read measured AI-demand evidence, observed competitor signals, and read-only recommendations only for companies your Promptence account is already authorized to access. Promptence re-checks active membership on every private tool call. The ChatGPT App is not authorized to change billing, create payments, grant access, publish changes, enter the Operator OS, or retrieve service-role/API secrets.
Operational launch copy. Obtain counsel review before broad production use or material changes to data, cookie, payment, or outbound practices.
